2026 Funeral Directors Convention and Expo Highlights
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Funeral Directors Convention and Expo, hosted annually by the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association.
From September 15 to 17, 2026 the association:
- Hosted six elective seminars discussing natural organic reduction, embalming techniques, death doulas and U.S. burial-at-sea services
- Installed the 2026 NJSFDA Board of Directors and heard the annual state of the industry report at the General Session business meeting
- Provided 65,000 square feet of exhibiting space for exhibitors and attendees to meet and connect
- Recognized three member funeral homes who displayed tremendous leadership and engagement within the association at the first-ever Connected in Care Awards
- Honored 14 members who died the previous year at the annual Service of Remembrance
- Danced to live music and connected with colleagues at the Convention party and more
