About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time / Part-Time Funeral Director and Transportation Associate to join our mission of providing compassionate and respectful service to our community. This role is integral to our commitment to guiding families with care and dignity during their most difficult times.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and Arrange services. Newly licensed or soon-to-be-licensed are welcome to apply
• Collaborate closely with families and team members to uphold our promise of excellence and compassion.
• Respond promptly to calls during on-call periods, dressed professionally and ready to depart within 15 minutes.
• Transport decedents with dignity and care, handling remains with the utmost gentleness and respect.
• Maintain meticulous records and follow all legal and professional guidelines.
• Embody our inclusive values by ensuring that every family feels supported and understood.
• Overlap coverage with our trade service affiliate

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stressful situations gracefully.
• A compassionate professional with a clean driving record and valid NJ driver’s license.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying (with a partner) weights exceeding 300 pounds.
• Impeccably groomed and dressed professionally in alignment with our brand standards.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and performs tasks independently with integrity.
