Funeral Pricing

Every other year the NJSFDA surveys its members to gather updated statistical pricing information. The Biennial Statistical Pricing Survey began in 1985 with the singular purpose of collecting accurate funeral pricing data for the New Jersey Department of Public Welfare. In the years since, the biennial survey has become a more comprehensive collection of statistics helping the NJSFDA respond to inquiries about average funeral costs posed by the media, government agencies and consumers.

For illustrative purposes, we have classified the pricing in three funeral types: Typical, Abbreviated Typical and Minimal.
