UPDATE: 2020 Funeral Directors Convention & Expo Cancelled

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and factors beyond our control, the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association has decided to cancel the Funeral Directors Convention and Expo scheduled to take place at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City on September 22-24, 2020.

While this was not an easy decision to make, ultimately, the health and safety of attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff led us to the conclusion that cancelling our annual event was the most responsible course of action to take.

We trust that by next year, we will have overcome the uncertainties of this virus and that the current economy will have improved, so that we can once again meet and socialize with our colleagues, friends and acquaintances.

We thank you for your understanding, support and cooperation as we attempt to keep everyone safe and well during these unprecedented times.

The Funeral Directors Convention and Expo consistently attracts hundreds of attendees from the mid-Atlantic region. Our event strives to offer comprehensive solutions to help support the careers of funeral directors by providing high-value, innovative and educational programming geared specifically toward the funeral industry.

The 2021 Funeral Directors Convention and Expo is scheduled for Tuesday, September 21 through Thursday, September 23, 2021 on the boardwalk at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

We are very fortunate to have companies exhibit with us year after year. We are equally appreciative of new companies that continue to express interest in exhibiting at our event. We continue to evolve to remain fresh and competitive. Therefore, as the Convention and Expo continues to mature, so does our exhibitor selection process.
